On the occasion of Purim, singer Srulik Rosenthal releases a new and spectacular music video for the song Simcha B’Mishteh
In the song, based on the lyrics of the Megillas Esther, Srulik hosts singer Avreimy Lunger and his friends for a lively and bouncy collaboration.
The new song is accompanied by an impressive music video, which brings the joy of the holiday in a colorful way and is accompanied by many humorous and funny segments that fit the spirit of the period – the holiday of Purim.
Every detail in the video was carefully chosen, and the main message is – joy and feast.
In the lyrics of the song, Srulik added Yiddish words in prayer and a request to the Creator of the World to bring us redemption quickly, as explained in the Midrash: “ככה יעשה לאיש אשר המלך חפץ ביקרו״- Thus shall it be done to the man whom the king delights to visit” – this is about the righteous Mordechai and the people of Israel who were likened to Mordechai, that after the coming of Mashiach, the Creator of the World will do with us as Haman did to Mordechai.
Therefore, we ask: Open to us, we are all standing and waiting for you at the door that you will open, because the sorrow is not equal to the loss of the king in all the exile we go through. Open to us, HaShem , and give to us, because everyone who reaches out a hand is given to him.
